Nice To Meet You

International Board Certified Lactation Consultant

Hi! I’m Stephanie.

A Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with over 3000+ breasts supported. I chose a career working with postpartum mothers, newborns, and infants because I believe that no one should have to navigate parenthood alone. It is a true passion of mine—supporting parents through some of their most vulnerable moments with a newborn.

My background in nursing spans acute adult psychiatry, tertiary care, and maternal–newborn health. Over the years, I’ve made empathetic listening a core part of my practice, creating a safe space for parents to feel heard and supported.

Too often, the things we expect to be natural and easy (like breastfeeding) end up being the most challenging. Countless hours of online research can feel overwhelming and confusing. Step away from Dr. Google and allow me to take the guesswork out of breastfeeding for you.

I am here to make your journey clearer and support you through its challenges—because breastfeeding shouldn’t have to be DIY.

Hi! I’m Kelsey.

A Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with 15 years of hands-on experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Breastfeeding education and support is not just my career, it is genuinely my passion, and I pour that into every client I work with.

But beyond the credentials, as a mom myself, I also know firsthand what it truly feels like to be postpartum — the physical shock, the emotional waves, and the beautiful, messy reality of figuring out breastfeeding while navigating a whole new version of yourself.

I believe in care that is warm, judgment-free, and tailored to you. Whatever your goals or challenges, my focus is on finding what works best for you and your family — because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to breastfeeding.

I am so glad you're here, and I look forward to supporting you.

Please note: While we bring a strong foundation in nursing, consultations are focused on lactation and infant feeding support.
