<image:title>bio - Hi! I’m Stephanie.</image:title>
<image:caption>A Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with over 3000+ breasts supported. I chose a career working with postpartum mothers, newborns, and infants because I believe that no one should have to navigate parenthood alone. It is a true passion of mine—supporting parents through some of their most vulnerable moments with a newborn. My background in nursing spans acute adult psychiatry, tertiary care, and maternal–newborn health. Over the years, I’ve made empathetic listening a core part of my practice, creating a safe space for parents to feel heard and supported. Too often, the things we expect to be natural and easy (like breastfeeding) end up being the most challenging. Countless hours of online research can feel overwhelming and confusing. Step away from Dr. Google and allow me to take the guesswork out of breastfeeding for you. I am here to make your journey clearer and support you through its challenges—because breastfeeding shouldn’t have to be DIY. Please note: While I bring a strong foundation in nursing, consultations are focused on lactation and infant feeding support.</image:caption>

As a new mama, I had all the doubts in the world about breastfeeding but Stephanie made it one of the best experiences for me. Even after her initial visit to educate me and teach me how to relieve clogged ducts to prevent mastitis she was always just a text message away to answer any questions I had about my supply and the best techniques for pumping. If it weren’t for Stephanie, I probably would have given up a lot sooner but here I am almost 10 months post partum and our breastfeeding journey happily continues. ❤️”</image:title>

<image:title>client love - I am very fortunate that my daughter was able to latch right away once she was born. Unfortunately, it took awhile to build up my milk supply and I had to supplement with formula for the first few weeks (which I was totally okay with). It was a goal to get to strictly breast milk and I loved working with Stephanie on different ways to build up my supply. We increased my supply by pumping after nursing sessions and incorporating power pumping sessions throughout the week. After 4 weeks, I was able to stop supplementing with formula and her doctor was happy with her growth and weight gain at her 2 month check up! As a bonus, I even have built up a healthy milk storage supply and my husband is able to help with feeds when I need a break. As a first time mom, I am extremely grateful to have worked with someone so thoughtful, understanding and extremely patient with my crazy questions. Breastfeeding is definitely a journey and everyone’s is so unique. I definitely recommend working with Stephanie on your individual goals!</image:title>

In a time where I was navigating this new role, Boobs & Bottles was there to make my transition into motherhood a little bit easier. F rom at-home baby checkups, breastfeeding education and guidance, to check-ins on both babe and myself via text, Boobs & Bottles was there to provide support and ease a lot of my nerves as a new mom. Especially during the height of the pandemic where support was sparse, Boobs & Bottles was there for me and my baby while still adhering to safe ppe practices. She brings a wealth of knowledge on both breastfeeding and newborn care, and even provides resources for new moms to help make parenthood a little less overwhelming. If ever I had concerns about newborn care and breastfeeding, I would send her a text and her response was always well thought out and in-depth, providing educated answers and suggestions to my issues. Breastfeeding doesn’t always come easy for some people, but boobs and bottles was there to help and encourage me without judgement. Every mother’s feeding journey is different, and no matter what that journey may look like, boobs’n’bottles prioritizes a well fed baby and a supported mama. Thank you boobs and bottles! What I didn’t prepare for was the postpartum journey and the tremendous efforts to build a consistent breastfeeding routine for you + your babe. Stephanie helped me during the depths of PP and supported me to build out a routine that I enjoyed and that nourished my little ones.
